The Top-Selling Social CRM Book of 2011 (and a free chapter)

Posted at 09:00AM • Permalink1 Comment

We were pretty blown away on October 20, a few weeks ago. We did a little promotion, giving away about a thousand bucks worth of cool stuff to everyone who bought The Social Customer on that day.

And what happened kind of blew our minds.

The Social Customer hit the top of the Amazon.com charts, hitting #2 on their marketing charts, and the #1 position in Advertising, Customer service, and Internet Marketing. (Somehow it became the #2 accounting book on Amazon for a hot minute, also, and we don't really understand why...)

You can download an audio mp3 of the first 2 chapters of the book, OR download a full PDF of Chapter 11 (courtesy of my friend Sal Giliberto at Awareness Networks) right here.

We'd like to give a huge thank you to all of our joint-venture partners in the Amazon promotion, as they gave you all some great goodies. A big thanks to Neal Schaffer at Windmill Marketing, Anneke Seley at PhoneWorks, Will Crist at Sandler Training, Bonnie Bills at Lynda.com, Lacey Stenson at ReThink Consulting, Chris Yeh and David Weekly at PbWorks, Kim Greenlee at Otterbox, Christel Mes and Jennifer Syufy at Spigit, Jennifer Vodehnal at Miller-Heiman, Dave Andrews and Mike Slebodnik at Community 102, Jacob Toubi at Greenfile Storage and my buddies Dan Holzer and Dan Corcoran at Forward Printing.
