I’ll be giving a talk called The First 90 Days: Starting An Inside Sales Team Right.

Many startups fail at their most important stage of growth because they’re unable to to snare their first 10-20 “marquee” customers. This happens because they do not know how to align their sales cycle to the prospective customer’s buy cycle. In this talk you’ll learn how to:

1. Figure out who your harshest competitor is (the customer doing nothing) and how to show that you offer lower risk and higher price/performance than that option.

2. Pick the best sales methodology, based on your degree of product-market fit
